At Kleo, we want your gifts to arrive in perfect condition and at the right time.

  • Delivery Area – At this time, we deliver exclusively within Luxembourg.

  • Scheduling – Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to agree on a delivery date and time that best suits your schedule.

  • Handling with Care – All boxes are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

If you have a special delivery request or an urgent deadline, please let us know at hello@kleo.lu and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Kleo, each gift box is prepared with the utmost care using premium, EU-certified artisanal products. Because our boxes contain perishable food items and may feature custom or branded packaging, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@kleo.lu. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution promptly.
