We offer a selection of ready-made boxes for whoever needs something quickly, but you're not limited to it. If you have something specific in mind, we curate it individually around your audience, budget and brand identity, just email hello@kleo.lu.

Some of our products may contain gluten, nuts, honey or other allergens. If anyone receiving a box has an allergy or dietary restriction, let us know at hello@kleo.lu before ordering and we'll help you choose accordingly.

Every product inside the box has its own expiry date, so shelf life varies by item.

Because our boxes include perishable food items and often custom or branded packaging, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Yes. Wholesale pricing applies to corporate and bulk orders from 100 units. For large or recurring orders we can also discuss custom branding and delivery schedules tailored to your business.

The earlier the better, especially around Christmas, Easter, St Nicholas and other seasonal peaks. For orders of 20+ boxes, please allow 10 business days. For large corporate volumes, we recommend reaching out even earlier so we have time to source, assemble and schedule delivery properly.
