Orders
Ready-made boxes can be ordered directly from the site, no minimum quantity required. For something custom, tailored branding, or larger corporate volumes, email hello@kleo.lu and we'll put together a proposal.
Wholesale Inquiries
Wholesale pricing applies to corporate and bulk orders from 100 units. For orders of 20+ boxes, please allow 10 business days, and delivery to a single Luxembourg address is free.

No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, which may include perishable food items and customised packaging, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@kleo.lu within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
