At Kleo, we want your gifts to arrive in perfect condition and at the right time.

Delivery Area – We deliver within Luxembourg and across Europe.
Delivery Costs – Rates depend on the destination country and package weight, and VAT is added on top. Delivery is free for orders of 20+ boxes to the same address in Luxembourg, for example your office.

Lead Time – Please allow 10 business days for orders of 20+ boxes.
Scheduling – Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to agree on a delivery date and time that best suits your schedule.
Handling with Care – All boxes are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Kleo, each gift box is prepared with the utmost care using premium, EU-certified artisanal products. Because our boxes contain perishable food items and may feature custom or branded packaging, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@kleo.lu. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution promptly.
